By submitting a request through Lalameo, you agree to the terms listed below. We have made these arrangements to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund policies.
30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged or used for store credit.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@lalameo.com or +1 505-303-1233. If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. In case of a late or missing refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Exchanges
We only exchange damaged, incorrect, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@lalameo.com or +1 505-303-1233. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
