Shipping Policy
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from actual data from orders placed. These are approximate times for guidance only.
Processing time:
Processing time starts from the date you place your order and it usually takes 1-3 business days to process.

Remarks :
- Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and carriers limit their operations. This is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each public holiday.
- Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause delivery delays.
Tracking your order
When your items are shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number or it is not working, please contact us for assistance!
Note regarding taxes:
Our customers do not need to pay any import fees, duties or VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT is calculated automatically per country. Please check the checkout page for more information.
Change of address
We are unable to change the shipping address once the order is in transit. If you wish to change the shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at contact@lalameo.com or at +1 505-303-1233.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order is shipped, we accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped.
Unforeseen delays
Delivery may take longer than the standard times stated. Please contact us if your parcel is delayed in arriving, and we will assist you in resolving any issues within our control.
Package damaged in transit
If a package is damaged in transit, please refuse it from the carrier and contact our customer service for assistance.
